Come on. This is a guy who has vetoed anything he didn't like. That was after he used the folks from Daddy's team to help him 2000. Good ole Karl had to save his arse more than once! Proof of that: they had to teach Junior geography before running for office. Still to this day, he confuses Sweden and Switzerland sometimes.
I think there may be coyotes visiting teh teh. Perhaps these are metaphorical coyotes and he is referring to some people who are staying with him in the Trailer of Love.
