This too can not wait

I have recently upgraded my workout routine. I am upgrading from two to three weight workouts a week. I have also recently given up on the shirt while running. I like my body and don't care that some people may not. I usually only see two or three people on my jog anyway.

Some people may wonder how I could jog in such a bustling busy city, the capital of the 'free' world no less, and not run past or into anyone. I know the secret, beautiful, hidden places of Washington. Would you like to feel like you are lost in the wilderness, but still be within a mile of a metrobus route? Come take a walk with the Genius.

Next week, I may post some in progress shots of my hot bod. Maybe. I don't own a camera, so they may be a little blurry.

Good for you. I need to join a gym and get moving. I've been putting it off for sometime now, but the time has come.

So you've upgraded from rollerblading to actually running?

Joined the Y recently and just started getting more serious about actually going. It feels good.

I have been running for about a month now. My rollerblades encountered technical difficulties. I am going to rollerblade 1 week out of 4 to cut down on the wear and tear on my knees, possibly every other week.

Wait. You RUNNING to REDUCE the wear and tear on your knees?! I even say the work run and my knee spasms.

Oy, that had a lot of spelling errors. Sorry, cat on keyboard.

Don't you mean 'cat eating my face while I type' instead of 'cat on keyboard'?

I am trying rollerblading one or two weeks out of four to reduce wear and tear. Rollerblading is great for the knees unless you fall, but when I get home I just want to run for some reason. So I haven't been rollerblading much for the last month and a half.

I always wondered what it would be like for girls to go walking around/jogging without a shirt.

I think you should perform an experiment. I have seen women jogging with only shorts and a sports bra. One of them jogged past me as I was walking up the steps in the back part of my apartment.

The verdict is awesome.
