Fireworks and Me
Good Idea: Playing with BB guns, .22 rifles, and 12 gauge shotguns before drinking anything with alcohol.
Bad Idea: Playing with explosives after drinking alcohol.
Result: I think I lost some hair and I have a few burns on my hands, but I still have all of my fingers and toes. I also have some strange bruises, and an odd welt in my hairline.
It was a hell of a party.

It's also a hell of a thing to get hit by in the small of the back.
on the upside, sounds like you managed not to drink any explosives.
It was a close encounter with volatile materials but I managed to avoid setting my face on fire while I was lighting the explosives with my cigar.
And wearing a monocle.
